ANTI SPATTER, RELEASE AGENT, THERMAL SHIELDING

 

     

 

APPLICATIONS

Anti-spatter. Mould release. Lubricant.

Anti-adhesion long-life welding. High temperature mould release operations. Injection moulding Glass press and blow moulding. Forging. Hot extrusion of aluminium. Hot assembly Steel slabbing.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake the aerosol can. Spray the items to be treated from a distance of 10-15cm. Purge the aerosol can by spraying upside down for 3 seconds. Keep the aerosol away from splashes of molten metal. Do not spray on a hot or incandescent surface.

On substrates, the AS 1200 NB varnish will be dry approximately 20" after application and can be handled after 40".

Treat the nozzles at the end of each day so that they are ready for re-use in the morning.
